A Downtown Partnership with Nibbles Food Group shows a commitment to encouraging street food diversity on downtown sidewalks. Our first member, a brave couple. They came to us needing a place to prepare and sell their food. They started from a Nibbles push cart and are now serving from their food truck at events and places in and near Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Our family's vision of supporting new vendors is coming to fruition. We are accepting new applications. We support our members with a place to prep, store, and sell, even in the navigation to find a place to serve meals with Nibbles Food Group.
From March to October, we have a seven-month membership which includes commissary use, fridge, storage, coaching, DT Mpls location centralized for catering, push carts, marketing, and connections.
Lunch time on Nicollet, Monday through Saturday from carts and Late Night Friday and Saturdays
The cost changes with the number of members.
